    Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bark

    I was looking around for some fun, healthy snacks for the kids and came across this recipe on Go Eat and Repeat. This was so easy to make, literally takes about 5 minutes, and is super yummy and healthy. The only downside is you have to wait for it to freeze to devour it!

    You can play with the toppings, I used frozen fruit because fresh organic berries are hard to come by this time of year. I also used Ancient Grains Granola from Trader Joe’s and 2% Greek Yogurt.

    Make sure to spread yogurt evenly across parchment paper,  and cover most of the surface with your toppings.

    Try to resist the temptation to scoop up and eat with a spoon! Wait til it’s frozen, it’s even better.

    Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bark

    Delicious and full of nutrition, this is must have healthy snack! 


    • 2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt
    • 2 Tbls Maple syrup or Honey
    • 1/2 Cup Granola
    • 1/2 Cup Rasberries
    • 1/2 Cup Blueberries


    1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    2. Mix yogurt and maple syrup together. 

    3. Spread yogurt mix into a thin layer across baking sheet. 

    4. Sprinkle granola over entire area. Add more if needed. 

    5. Add berries, make sure to evenly distribute. 

    6. Put in freezer for at least 2 hours, best if overnight. 

    7. Once completely frozen, break apart into pieces. Serve frozen. If too hard, let sit for 1-2 minutes to thaw a bit. It thaws fast thought so don't leave more than that. 

    8. Keep in freezer.
