Cauliflower Hash Browns

Simple 4 ingredient recipe, easy to make, tasty and full of nutrition. These are sure to become a brunch favorite. 


  • 3 Cups Cauliflower Rice
  • 3/4 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Large Egg
  • 2 Tbls Trader Joe's Everything But the Bagel Seasoning (can sub salt, garlic powder and pepper if you don't have)


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Microwave cauliflower for 3 minutes or until soft, use paper towel to remove excess moisture. 

  3. Mix in egg, cheese and seasoning.

  4. Grease a non-stick pan or use non-stick foil.

  5. If you have a cookie cutter big enough use that to form patties. If not use your hands. 

  6. Form mixture into six equal sized patties. 

  7. Cook for 20 minutes and remove from oven. With a spatula carefully flip over each patty. Return to oven for an additional 5 -10 minutes or until golden brown.
