Greek Yogurt Breakfast Bark

Delicious and full of nutrition, this is must have healthy snack! 


  • 2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbls Maple syrup or Honey
  • 1/2 Cup Granola
  • 1/2 Cup Rasberries
  • 1/2 Cup Blueberries


  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Mix yogurt and maple syrup together. 

  3. Spread yogurt mix into a thin layer across baking sheet. 

  4. Sprinkle granola over entire area. Add more if needed. 

  5. Add berries, make sure to evenly distribute. 

  6. Put in freezer for at least 2 hours, best if overnight. 

  7. Once completely frozen, break apart into pieces. Serve frozen. If too hard, let sit for 1-2 minutes to thaw a bit. It thaws fast thought so don't leave more than that. 

  8. Keep in freezer.
